The 70's were a great year.  Not just because of anything special...unless you count that today's leaders came from that era.  Former athletes have now passed their prime and its only time that you look forward to.  Well, at PSTC we have a Senior Fitness Program inspired by a prominent basketball coach, Bill Jones, who theorized that seniors should not be left out of the equation of life but they should be guided through it.  Our unlimited fitness classes focus on giving seniors something to look forward to once a week, twice a week or more.  This program will make sure that life doesn't pass you by, before you have the chance to be healthier.
